Wine & Beer Tasting & Food Pairing Seminars at the Fraser Valley Food Show

The show features over 20 boutique wineries and micro breweries from around the Fraser Valley such as Old Yale, Mission Springs, Raven’s, Old Abby micro breweries and Mt. Lehman, Campbell’s Gold, View and Monte Creek Ranch wineries, all sampling their artisan wines and beers.

Wine Aficionado Kathleen Rake and Beer Expert Rick Mohabir will be presenting all three days a series of seminars on everything to do with tasting, evaluating and pairing food with beer and wine.  Mixologists Lauren Mote and Jonathan Chovancek will also be presenting the art of exotic cocktail creation on Sunday afternoon.
